12,000m2 joint free pavement
A 12,000 m² joint-free Combi Slab pavement was designed to remove all saw-cut & movement joints, reducing maintenance demands and streamlining the design needed to carry the 820-tonne Travelift operating on the site to lift superyachts from the Waitematā Harbour.
Certus also supported the project with real-time construction surveying during concrete placement, verifying critical falls and drainage across the slab.
G2P floor design and surface regularity
Certus provided consultancy services including detailed surveying and live on-site grind reporting. The ASRS robotic shuttle system in use required exceptionally tight flatness, levelness, and curvature tolerances, making surface regularity critical to the facility’s performance
85,000m2 manufacturing facility
Certus was engaged to provide construction monitoring (PS4) of the steel fibre–reinforced and Combi Slabs, including assessment of fibre distribution using the eyeD device. Our scope also included FM surface regularity surveying and reporting, along with on-site abrasion resistance testing to confirm the slab met the required performance criteria
